This exercise is intended to help you relax and find things that you like in your life. You can use this exercise whenever you need or want to.

We suggest that you do this exercise at least once a day to maximize the effect.

4. A challenging conversation

With this exercise we hope to help you prepare for a challenging talk with anyone, such as a friend, parent etc by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about it.

5. After a fight or conflict situation

With this exercise we hope to help you take care of the effects of a fight or conflict situation by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

6. Preparing for performance

With this exercise we hope to help you prepare for a performance, for example in sports, music, dance or something similar by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

7. Anxiety/worry

With this exercise we hope to help you take care of the pain or discomfort you are feeling by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

8. Celebration!

In this exercise you get the chance to celebrate something that you are happy about.

9. New school/new grade

With this exercise we hope to help you prepare for starting school or a new grade by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

10. Internet/mobile conflicts

With this exercise we hope to help take care of how you feel after you experienced 

something you did not enjoy using the internet or your mobile phone, by relaxing and

then reflect on your feelings about this.

11. If you have been bullied

With this exercise we hope to help take care of how you feel after a person or group of people said or did something that was hard to deal with, by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

12. If you bullied someone

With this exercise we hope to help you take care of how you feel after you said or did something that is painful to think about, by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

13. Parents separating

With this exercise we hope to help you take care of the pain or discomfort you are feeling related to the separation of your parents, by relaxing and then reflect on your feelings about this experience.

14. Music
